Baha has been active in construction and development industries in the Greater Vancouver Area for 18 years. Receiving his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Baha has been extensively involved in the construction and development of residential projects in B.C. As Managing Partner at Lexi, his focus on development and construction projects has shifted towards multi-family, commercial projects with the primary focus on enhancing the development experience and ensuring that the most efficient methods and procedures are utilized in every step of development and construction. Having over 15 years of experience in all facets of the business, including investments, project management, and estimating, Baha intends to foster long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients. He remains a resource to them due to his extensive knowledge of the real estate and construction industry.
