Beginning his career in real estate and construction development over 16 years ago, Behzad received his master’s degree in project management from Industrial Management Institute (IMI). Since then, he has been a key leader in numerous commercial and residential low- and high-rise developments. A registered licensed builder in Vancouver since 2014, Behzad has been involved with different high-end single-family projects in West Vancouver, recently moving towards multi-family developments. His strong financing strategy skills and deep project management knowledge have been instrumental in keeping projects on budget. As a Managing Partner, Behzad focuses on relationships with the client ensuring the financing and timing work synergistically with the construction process, resulting in the successful execution of development and construction projects.
