Babak’s career and extensive knowledge in all aspects of residential and commercial projects result from almost two decades of construction, consultation, and academic research opportunities in transportation, geotechnical, residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Holding a Ph.D. degree from the University of Alberta in Concrete Technology, Babak has led groups of engineers, grad students, contractors, and specialists involved in feasibility studies, design, and construction of heavy civil, tunnel, road, and dam projects. Over a decade ago, he expanded into real estate development and built a reputation for integrity and vision. Babak’s involvement is from conceptual design and rezoning processes to building permit and construction stage to delivering quality projects on time and budget.
