With a range of expertise in construction project management from commercial to mixed-use residential, institutional and industrial, Steve brings a vast level of pre-construction and construction project management experience to Lexi.  Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tehran Polytechnique University, Steve has held critical roles in the construction and development of luxury, high-profile projects such as the award-winning Lumiere condominium high rise in Vancouver; the mixed-used Grand in Richmond; and the multi-family Axir Development in North Vancouver before joining the Lexi team.  Recognized within the industry for his deep knowledge of sustainable and superior quality construction practices, Steve is regarded for his exceptional communication skills and track record for bringing high-profile projects to life.
